AFT Convention Highlights

Among the more than 3,000 delegates and guests at the 78th convention of the AFT were 12 member of Local 943. Officers Nancy Heskin, Sue Mirabella, and Bob Goldsbury were joined by Ellen Bell, Joan Prendergast,and Jan Turek from Ridgeland 122; membership services specialist Judy Spirakes; and first time delegates Deneen Pajeau, Dan Leib, and Nan Slewoski from Orland Park 135; and Karen Smith and Jody DePeder from Sahs 110.
