AFT 2008 Convention
"Greater than One" was the theme of the convention that took place in July at Navy Pier in Chicago and gave 4,000 delegates and guests a chance to build the union for the future.
18 members of Local 943 attended the AFT Convention. Those who served as delegates were: Kathy Setlak, Bob Goldsbury, Sue Mirabella, Dawn Stanovich, Mary Stockwell, Deneen Pajeau, Donna McDonough, Karen Kendall, Stacy Pasarella, Nancy Havlin, Linda Wagner, Donna Rehm, Karen Smith, Debra Terry, Jody Depeder, Laura Kies, Dan Lieb, and Judy Spirakes.
Bob, Dan, and Judy also served the convention as sergeants-at-arms.
