Reimbursement Policy

The reimbursement policy for conventions or conferences is as follows:

• One half (1/2) the cost of a double room

• Roundtrip airfare

• Mileage equal to airfare or current IRS rate (whichever is less)

• Up to seventy-five (75) dollars per day for meals and transportation with receipts
