Nomination and Election of Local 943 Officers

According to the AFT Local 943 constitution, the membership will elect officers on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 for a term of two years.

Nominations are being accepted until December 14, 2010 for the following Local 943 offices:

President Secretary Treasurer Vice President for Communications Vice President for Political Activities Vice President for Educational issues

The term of office shall be for two years beginning at the February 8, 2011 Senate meeting. Office descriptions are available in the Local 943 constitution posted online at www.aft943.org.

If you would like to run for office, you must be a member in good standing.
