Chicago Federation of Labor William Lee Scholarship

The deadline for scholarship applications for 2010 has now passed. 

The Chicago Federation of Labor once again offered the William A. Lee Memorial Scholarship Awards to ten graduating high school students who are members of union families.

The CFL offered five academic-based scholarships and five random-drawing scholarships in the amount of $2,000.  Students may only submit applications for one of the two categories.  The period for submitting applications was January 1 through March 1. 

Local 943 members are affiliated with the CFL. Application must be signed by a Local 943 officer, verifying union membership.
