Limited Medical Plan

The limited medical plan is a fixed-payment policy offering a combination of limited medical benefits and a fully insured preescription plan for generic drugs.

There are no pre-existing condition limitations, no deductibles, no coordination with other health insurance plans and no medical underwriting.

An expanded plan also is available that provides a benefit payment for hospital confinement, surgery and annesthesia.

Medical benefits are paid directly to the subscriber.

The prescription program offers direct payments to more than 25,000 participating pharmacies.
