Full dues members	Regular active employees
Half dues members	Employees earning less than beginning teacher base pay per year or less than $18,000 whichever is greater
Quarter dues members	Employees earning between $8,500 and $14,000 per year
Eighth dues members	Employees earning below $8,500 per year
