At this year's AFT TEACH Conference in Washington, DC, I had the incredible opportunity to present for the first time alongside my co-presenters, Jen and Carol from Neshaminy, PA. Our session, "Unlocking the Power of Co-Teaching," was all about sharing practical tips, real-world examples,  and ways to strengthen collaboration in the classroom. In addition to presenting, I also had the chance to attend many incredible sessions throughout the conference. It was energizing to learn from other passionate union educators and bring fresh ideas back to the classroom.
