The Chicago Teachers Union Foundation (CTUF), in partnership with the Illinois Federation of Teachers (IFT), is offering optional coursework for educators. These courses are not sponsored by Local 943, and registration and payment (if applicable) are handled directly through the organizers.

IFT’s Union Leadership Institute (ULI) program has been designed to meet the needs of new and experienced local leaders and activists in all IFT constituency groups. As we all work to protect workers’ rights while grappling with the impact of racial injustice, we continue to adapt our training to meet the changing needs of union leadership.
